Welcome to the Metaphor & Cognition Lab, directed by Paul Thibodeau, a former Professor of Psychology who has since moved on to a role as an industry data scientist. We're a cognitive psychology research lab interested in how people use metaphor to think about complex problems, and other questions related to language and cognition.
